Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach or Mixed Greens
- 1/4 cup bell peppers , sliced
- 1/4 cup Red Cabbage , shredded
- 1/4 cup Butternut Squash noodles/strings
- 1/4 cup Chickpeas , dried (you can make your own or use store bought ones for ease of conveince)
Instructions
- Throw all your ingredients on a plate or in a bowl and enjoy!
