5 Tips for the Off Season
Host, Head Coach and Performance Dietitian Chris Newport shares her 5 tips for the off season, including things you should think about, things you should try and ways to help you become a better athlete once the season starts again.
Here’s the 5 things every triathlete, runner or cyclist should be thinking about in the off season:
- Analyze the past season and give yourself a well deserved high five!
- It’s time to get your nutrition in order.
- Work on your skills with drills!
- Do your strength training, mobility and stability that you’ve been neglecting all season.
- Do something different!
