Absolutely! Why invest all that time and money into doing a long endurance event to fail, feel like junk or even risk your health. This is a tiny investment to help you fuel and hydrate properly so you finish with confidence, energy and your health!
Yup, so long as you’re willing to learn and be part of the process. We teach you about how your gut (and working muscles) work during exercise, so you can understand the various potential causes for issues. In fact, we’ve uncovered medical conditions in this process, including POTS, Crohn’s, anemias, Celiac disease, allergies, SIBO, bacterial infections, and more. While we cannot make a medical diagnosis, you may be encouraged to visit your healthcare provider to do additional investigation! Our nutritionists can help with testing for food sensitivities, gut testing, micronutrient testing and more, but it’s always important to have a team of healthcare professionals to guide you.
If you’re able to follow simple instructions (with pictures), you can’t screw it up! Out of the hundreds of home sweat test kits that we’ve sent out, we’ve not had an issue with getting samples back (knock on wood). If you can put on band-aids, weigh yourself and exercise, you’ll be able to do it, no problem!

If you have access to the internet, you’ll be able to follow along via the modules, watch the replays and insert your questions/challenges via our community chat, so that you’re learning alongside the group and getting the most out of the program.
That’s a tough one. We’d ideally like you to be tracking your sweat losses in order to predict what you’ll need for race day. If you can’t do that, it’s probably best to wait until our next cohort comes out.
Here’s the questions we’ve already gotten regarding topics, which will be covered: supplements (caffeine, creatine, types of magnesium, NO boosters, probiotics, etc), types of sugars/carbs (maltodextrin, dextrose, glucose, fructose, sucrose, etc), hydrogels, carb loading, cramping, real food options for fueling, making your own sports drink, products that are recommended (and not recommended), how much fuel/fluid you’ll need for racing/training, electrolytes (sodium, magnesium, chloride, potassium, etc), logistical concerns (like on course nutrition and special needs bags and sherpas), cooling methods…and whatever topic you want to ask about!
Yes, in the context of fluid losses. You can still be clothed when you do it. BUT, if you’re currently being treated for an eating disorder, or find weighing yourself triggering, we’d recommend not doing this program. If you can objectively weigh yourself, then you’ll be just fine. Your scale can be simple or fancy, so long as you can take those numbers and enter them in a spreadsheet, then you’ll be good to go.
