Ebs Clark-Sutton
Ebs Clark-Sutton is an avid runner and yoga instructor with a problematic obsession with triathlons. Although born in the States, Ebs lived most of her life overseas, spending time in Belgium, Chad, Germany, St. Croix, and Vanuatu. Ebs started running in eighth grade when she joined her international school’s track and cross country teams. Since then running has been a major part of her life and continues to be her uncontested favorite of the triathlon disciplines. She returned to the USA to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and pursued a BS in African and African American Studies along with a minor in Exercise and Sports Science.
Introduced to yoga while at university, Ebs fell in love with its transformative capacity and became a Yoga Alliance certified instructor in late 2011. Over the years she has taught multiple styles of yoga in a variety of settings. She now enjoys teaching yoga specifically tailored for athletes, fostering strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. Her goal is not to help you get your foot behind your head but to help you keep your body healthy and resilient for all of the training that you do!
