Tri It in February!
We know how important it is to have training buddies and trusted coaches to guide you. They help you show up for yourself. You love multisport, but need some accountability. Plus, you want to leave the workout design to your coach and just show up and do what you need to do. You like walking out of a workout with the confidence that you’re getting fitter and faster while having fun with your training buddies. Most importantly, you’re joining a community of athletes who are supportive and encouraging!
If this sounds like you, then we invite you to “Tri It Together” with us as we expand our group triathlon training classes for the month of February, including our all new Velocity rides that look like this:
Get Faster In February
We kick off an 8 week FTP building series of Velocity rides led by our coaches starting in February to help you get faster! No more boring cycling apps. Instead, know that you’re meeting with your cycling buddies, getting faster, enjoying great music and getting inspired to work hard by your coach!
What do you need to join our Velocity rides?
- A bike that is mounted to a smart trainer/bike OR a bike with a power meter on a “dumb trainer.” Fitness bikes won’t interact, but you can still follow the workout and be part of the group.
- A laptop or ipad with access to the internet. Phones are discouraged. Headphones that are connected are nice, but not required.
- Follow the directions once you register for your class in order to connect. Join live or replay classes up to 10 minutes prior to chat with other athletes, get connected, start the music and start warming up. Turn your camera on so we can cheer each other on! Hang out for up to 10 minutes afterwards to stretch together and chat.
