Winter 12 Week Strength Training for Endurance Athletes

We’ve partnered with the strength and conditioning experts at Athletic Lab (Coaches Will Eggers and Beatriz Fernandes) for a 12 week strength training program for endurance athletes. Join us LIVE every Monday and Wednesday from 12:00PM-12:30 PM from December 6th to February 23, 2022, join us for virtual strength training classes specific to the needs of endurance athletes. Plus, we’ll do several benchmarks to see improvements.
*All classes will be recorded and available for viewing if the live time slot does not fit your schedule.
Necessary equipment: YOU! We would also recommend having a mat, a “heavy item” (dumbbell, medicine ball, etc) and good internet/video for Zoom classes (we also recommend that you’re clearly visible so the instructors can view your form).
