Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1 T almond butter or other nut butter
  • 1/2 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • sweetener of choice optional
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder optional

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in the blender in the order listed and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
